Cheese….all Italian selection…Gorgonzola in amazing with decent honey….and oatcakes…
Homemade Christmas Pudding and egg custard with brandy….
Mints coffee, liqueurs and champagne….
Christmas Dinner
Canapés….including caviar if you can afford it….or salmon caviar if you can’t…or Gravadlax on thin slices of brown bread cut into small triangles… quails eggs and sausage rolls…with Prosecco…
Lobster or crab bisque
Individual cheese soufflés
Roast Partridge (one per person), stuffed with sage and onion, gravy
Roast ham cranberry sauce or plum jam
Roast potatoes and roast carrots, sweet peas in mint sauce….
Stilton and fruit and a decent (crusting) port
Homemade Christmas Pudding and Zabaglione….or brandy sauce (homemade)
Mince pies with orange liqueur
Boxing Day Lunch
Canapés…..foie gras in melba toast and prawns in Marie-Rose sauce….
Crab or Lobster bisque (which ever you didn’t have on Christmas Day)
